Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all gardening tools purchased from REGAL TECH TRADE LTD. We comply with EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK e-commerce regulations.

1. Return Period

Customers enjoy a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the date the goods are received. Unused, undamaged products with original packaging can be returned for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Used, damaged, or modified gardening tools are not eligible for return. Customized or non-resalable products cannot be returned.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Warranty & Quality Issues

If products have quality defects or damage upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours. We will provide replacement, refund, or after-sales support in accordance with EU laws.
