All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Areas & Delivery Time

We provide shipping to most European Union countries and the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and logistics service.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, size, and destination. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.

5. Undelivered & Lost Packages

If a package is lost, undelivered, or missing during transit, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and resolve the issue in line with EU consumer regulations.
